Style According to Ghetto Hill Mall...On Eid (Take 1) and OOTD

Good morning lovelies !!!

I finally woke up today after working 11 hours yesterday on very little sleep.

Here are my fashion tips for the shoppers of my mall :)

To start off, I always come into work AT LEAST 10 minutes early. So I enjoy watching the mall walkers and talk with them awhile :)

Yesterday was Eid, the Muslim holiday.

(Just picture it like an Arabic Christmas)

Well take one of Eid anyway, it was later found out that Eid is actually today :)

Silly moon...so Happy Eid again !!!

Anyway in Al-Eid alot of Muslim families come out shopping, showing off their new clothes, buying new stuff with Eid money, ect...

The first thing I see when walking into the mall, in the middle of Ohio, is a Saudi guy, dressed like he is in Saudi....

For an example I will show you my Halloween costume from last year ;p

Hahahahahahaha

And no, I wasn't drinking.

So yeah, this is how he was shopping :)

Style or not, he had balls LOL

Most of the styles are getting better since it's been getting chilly outside.

But I'm still seeing...

Girls showing everything but nipples and 'girly bits'

Old women dressed like young women

Men with their pants belted under their butt

and moo-moo's :(

But yesterday was mostly good things !

Lots of families out Eid shopping, looking all pretty and dressed up :)

Lots of cute guys :) Which never happens lol

But really nothing in particular that I loved so this post is basically about nothing

Anyways here is what I wore to work yesterday...

Here is my O.P.I. Love is a Racket mani that chipped off when I got home :(

And the pretty rings I wore :)

And the make-up I did in a mad dash not to be late...

I found something I don't like about the Maybelline Fit Me foundation...

It has a small amount of spf...that I am allergic too but it's small enough not to bother me...

However, it never photographs the right color...

My face is like a purple nail polish that photographs blue...

I have a summer tan, but I am not orange/red as this picture shows....

Oh well hahaha

Long Lasting Make-Up : How I Keep My Face On

Today I'm going to show you how I keep my make-up on all day, through working 11 hours, being in the heat & once in awhile sleeping !

I know sleeping in make-up is bad but some nights I'm to tired to even change clothes, let alone wash my face :s

Here are the products I use most often :

Sadly yes, I can't stand going out without make-up if I'm dressed up....

Maybelline Falsies Flared Mascara ( When I'm wearing fake lashes. I wear Loreal Voluminous  the rest of the time because Falsies flared likes to flake on me...but not my friend :s)

Victoria's Secret Lip Liner in Warm Honey

Loreal Infallible Lipstick in Forever Frappe

Victoria's Secret Lip Gloss in BANANAS !

Woah...that's a lot, my hand cramped up. LOL

One good thing is that besides the Urban Decay Primer, all these can be found at Walmart or Drug Stores :)

I'm not saying this is what I do everyday, that would be exhausting.

This is usually for work, or if I'm going out with friends :)

The rest of the time, I don't so much care.

Ok now the proof is in the pictures.

None of my make-up has been touched up since I put it on.

I will tell you how long that is in every picture :)

This is about 6 hours into my day and a few coffees and cigarettes

This is after about 3 hours of shopping :)

This is being outside all day with temperatures in the 80's

This is the make-up I did to go out with my boyfriend x, who proceeded to blow me off and I went to bed angry....

The next day I woke up looking like this...

LoOoL It was cold that morning...

Everything's messed up, but its still there ! hahaha

This is a crappy picture but it's after about 9 hours of working

This is after 15 hour day working, and is about how I felt lol

So trust me, it doesn't feel like a lot on your face, and as long as you don't rub it, it will last you all day and night !

Whats In Style....According to my ghetto mall...lol

Ok I have this idea to start a weekly post about the styles I see people wearing in the mall I work in.

First off let me say this : I DO NOT BELIEVE MYSELF A STYLE EXPERT !!!

In anyway, at all...how ever, I can tell what I find appropriate for wearing to the mall, or outside for that matter ;p

I will not post pictures of anyone, because that would be cruel.

No names, no faces, no drama.

It's better this way, I promise. :)

So let's begin !

Ladies

Sexy workout gear, like teeny-tiny, skin tight shorts, a barely there tank top and your hair pulled into a messy bun with a sweat band on top.

I can understand this if you just came back from/on your way to a workout session.

However....

The women I see pair this look with push up bras, flip flops or high heels, and plenty of make-up...

Girls, we all have our sexy as hell work out get ups that make us feel good about ourselves while we sweat like pigs ;p But keep it in the gym or at home please, unless you really didn't have time to change before shopping :)

Belly shirts. With belly.

Really enough said, but if you have the confidence to rock it, I won't say a word. :)

Maxi dresses

Let me stop. I LOVE maxi dresses !!!! If I wasn't 4'9, I would own all the styles they have !!!

However there should be rules applied to these gorgeous gowns...

If it's shapeless, wrap a belt on your waist to save you from moo-moo territory...not pretty ever.

Don't cover everything and let your boobs hangout !!! Trust me, we know you have them ! Pull your dress up where it should be. :) A woman with modesty is more beautiful anyways.

Winter hats...while wearing shorts.... :s

This confuses me...ok rebels, take this one and go :)

I will rant more next week :) My mall is full of pure gold when it comes to weird people ;p
