Sally Hansen Salon Effects : Christmas in September ?

I've been out everyday searching for Halloween polishes, make-up, everything, with little avail. However, my last trip to Rite Aid confuses me....

I found Sally Hansen Salon Effects

CHRISTMAS display....

Odd...

Anyway, I picked up 4 of them since they were buy one get one half off :)

The one left over is a twin to the new black coming out in Orly's Christmas collection.

They all make me think of warm winter sweaters, except for the one that looks like a candy cane :)

I love these to death !!!

But...

Happy September ! Halloween Starts Today !!!!

That's right !!!

For me it officially starts Halloween time :)

I gotta soak it all up before its gone.

Here are some Halloween-y nails to start this wonderful season :)

First up :

Sally Hansen Salon Effects : Ghoulie Girl

& Yes ! That is a Pure Ice Crackle ;)

Ghoulie Girl is black with orange and white ghosties floating on it :)

And for the Pure Ice...

The color is called Crushed

I layered 2 coats over Wet'n'Wild Black Pearl which is just a creme black that covers in 1 coat.

This picture was taken after I put a top coat on it, because it dries a little matte.

Hopefully I'll be working on some more Halloweeny stuff soon :)

And since it's September and basically Fall, time for that vampy work make-up too :)
