Rite Aid Haul

WoOoW !!!

Rite Aid has stepped their game up in the polish department ! I found Color Club Take Wing collection, 4.99 each !

What a find !!! I was so shocked to see Color Club there !!! 

Has anyone heard of the Wet'n'Wild chrome polishes yet ? They had a full display and also neon crackles !

Creepy Feet : OPI : Red Lights Ahead...Where ?

OPI is killing me with there big brush...I am 4'9 with little doll hands and feet...I have some problems with this paint brush haha.

The formula was a little runny, but I dealt with it the best I could. It showed some lines in my nails, but oh well. The color is amazing, I don't think I have any dupes ! It's a bright red with just a hint of orange and maybe pink ? I'm not sure, but its just awesome :)

Dior :Garden Party: Waterlily

Hello ! 

Today I have a polish from Dior's new collection for Spring 2012, Garden Party.

This is Waterlily, 2 coats.

Okay...

To start, this color didn't suit my skin tone at all. It was streaky, goopy and probably the worst formula I've ever used before. That is NOT what I would expect from a higher end polish....

This polish also is scented, like flowers. Lilac or lavender or something very strong like that. Even with a coat of Seche Vite I can smell it O.o

All in all, Dior is lucky I won't pay to ship this back to them LOL

From the swatches I saw online, I was so excited for this polish !

But all's fair in love and polish...

Spring Purples : Comparisons

I recently picked up 3 different light purples that are out for Spring 2012. I wanted to see how they compare to each other. There is Sally Hansen's Violet Voltage, China Glaze's Gothic Lolita and Essie's Play Date.

Thankfully, no dupes ! But Violet Voltage is basically a shimmery version of Play Date. These might be fun to do a gradient with :)

What other colors do you see popping up EVERYWHERE ?

Sally Hansen : Spring 2012 : Xtreme Wear : Violet Voltage

I noticed a small display of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear polishes in new colors for Spring. This is the one that I picked up : Violet Voltage

2 coats, no top coat

It photographs a little more blue than it is, but so do most purple polishes.

It is gorgeous and for 1.99-2.99 it's worth trying out for Spring !
