Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Jewel Overcoat : Multi-Faceted

This looked so promising in the bottle, but I guess it's not for me :(

I only did one nail so sorry for the silly pictures, but you can decide if this is up your ally at all.

I did different amount of coats on top of 2 coats of Orly's Stone Cold

I'm pretty sure all you glitter lovers will eat this up :)

What would you use this over top of ???
